Our team will meet with local law enforcement, rekey the property, and manage personal belongings in accordance with state laws. We work with a national law firm to handle all aspects of the eviction process should our clients make the request.

A vital aspect to TurnKey's services. When properties require damage assessments and repairs, TurnKey will travel there. We will first take note of the damages and recommend the necessary repairs. We will then submit a proposal to our clients to bid for the job. Work is always completed professionally and accurately.
